To check your size simply measure around the fullest part of your chest, placing the tape measure close under the arms, making sure the tape is flat across the shoulder blades. Then match that measurement to the sizes below.
Small - 38-40"
Medium - 41-43"
Large - 44-46"
XL - 47-49"
XXL - 50-52"
XXXL - 53-55"
